To be considered a start-up, service providers will deal with funds that are 0-3 years old and with an AUM of up to $100m.

To be considered middle-market, service providers should deal with funds that are 3-5 years old and with an AUM of up to $1billion.

To be considered overall winner of this category, service providers should deal with funds that are 5+ years old and with an AUM of over $1billion.
